Metasequoia (also known as just Metaseq or Meta) is a 3D modeling program of japanese origin for Windows and Mac OS, started by Dr. O.Mizno in 1998. It is known for it's simplicity and easy-to-understad interface and tools. It's used for the creation of 3DCG and game models. Metasequoia has a both free and a paid version.
The interface is easy to use and all commands and menu options can have any shortcut key of your choice asigned to them. Metasequoia is well suited for both box and edge extrusion styles of modeling.
